1. Digital Activation Service
IBOPLAYER.NET provides a digital activation service for the compatible IBO Media Player application. The activation is processed electronically using the device information submitted by the customer, such as the MAC address and the application URL.
The MAC address and application URL must be entered correctly because they are required to process the activation for the intended device.
The activation period depends on the option selected by the customer, such as a 12-month activation or a lifetime activation. The applicable option and price are displayed before payment.
2. No Content or Subscriptions
The IBO Media Player application is provided without channels, playlists, streams, media files, or subscriptions.
IBOPLAYER.NET does not provide, sell, verify, or control any content or subscription used with the application. Customers are responsible for obtaining and using content from lawful and trusted sources.
Activation of the application does not include access to channels, playlists, streaming services, or any other media content.
3. Third-Party Content
Any channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media services offered by third parties are independent of IBOPLAYER.NET.
We are not responsible for the quality, availability, legality, accuracy, or interruption of third-party content used with the application. Customers should contact the relevant third-party provider regarding any issue with such content or services.
4. Application Functionality
The application functions as a media player. It does not itself provide television channels, media content, or subscriptions.
We do not guarantee that every device, operating system, playlist, or third-party service will be compatible with the application. Customers should use the available trial period to test compatibility before purchasing an activation.
5. Use of the Brand and Website Information
The IBO Player name, logo, and related materials must not be used in a misleading way or in a manner that suggests an unauthorized relationship with IBOPLAYER.NET or the application’s rights holder.
Third parties must not use our website, name, logo, or service description to promote unrelated channels, subscriptions, or media services without appropriate authorization.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against misleading or unauthorized use of our brand and website materials, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Acceptance of These Terms
By placing an order, submitting device information, or completing a payment, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed the application and its compatibility with your device.
- You understand that the activation does not include channels or subscriptions.
- You have provided accurate device information.
- You agree to use the application and any related content lawfully.
